Norfolk School Games Key Stage 1 Gymnastics Winners

90 Year 1 and 2 boys and girls from across the County competed in the Norfolk School Games Key Stage 1 Keysteps Gymnastics Final on Tuesday 12th February 2019 at the UEA Sports Park.
Spooner Row's team qualified by winning the South Norfolk competition to represent the South Norfolk School Sport Partnership.

The Children had a brilliant morning as they were given coaching on the bars, beams, tumble track and trampoline. The children thoroughly enjoyed the experience of exploring the various pieces of equipment and learning new skills.

Spooner Row put in an amazing performance of their routine and were proud winners of the Gold Medal. This was an outstanding achievement especially as we're such a small school.

The children's achievement was celebrated at the weekly whole school reward assembly.

Thanks to Mrs Newbery for her superb coaching and to parent helper Mrs Wright for the excellent photographs.

The winning routine.
